How To Purchase Images On Globalpicts.com

this website are copyrighted.
Any copying, usage and/or distribution is strictly
prohibited.
Searching
We have endeavored to create an easy to search database for our growing collection of images.
As you can see there are numerous categories to browse. You can also enter
keywords in the search box to narrow your choices. We have embedded keywords
into all the image collections to respond to more selected searches. The
scope of your search results is determined by your selection
of keywords.
The Lightbox
The Lightbox is YOUR collection of images. You may
add up to 30 images to your lightbox. They will be held for 30 days. If you
wish to purchase an image that is in your lightbox, click on the thumbnail to
view the enlarged image. Select the items that you want to purchase and click on
the "add to cart" button.
Shopping Cart
The shopping cart displays your order
details, if you wish to delete an image from your order before proceeding to
checkout, simply hit the remove link on the right side.
Checking out
You will need to login to checkout your
order. If you are new to the site click the "new user" link and create a login
name and password. This information is stored so that you can return to the site
and so that we can review your order.
We utilize the 2Checkout.com
payment
gateways for purchases made on this site.
If you do not want to use our online ordering
system, we are available to take phone orders from 9AM
to 5PM Malaysian time (GMT +8) every day. You can of course, always
mail a check as well but this adds considerable time to the processing of

Images are available as digital files which you can download. All digital files, whether for web use or print use are either "Royalty Free" or "Rights Managed".
Terms and Conditions For Image Use
Image use is non-exclusive. If you wish to purchase exclusive use of the image(s) please contact customer service. A license must be purchased for each image. A license must be purchased for each end-user. Licenses are not transferable.
If you use or distribute the image(s) in a manner not spelled out here you agree to pay additional fees, which will be determined by Globalpicts.com.
If you are licensing this image as an agent or for use by a client you must provide a copy of this license to the end-user. If you do not, you accept full responsibility for the end-use of the image(s).
The end-user is responsible for all liabilities regarding model and property releases, privacy issues, trademarks, slander, libel, etc., that may arise from the use of the image(s). Images may not be used as part of a logo or a trademark. You may not distribute the image(s) on a network, Photo CD, website or by any other means. Images you license are for your use or the use of a single client.
Copyright is NOT transfered upon licensing of an image.
Only the copyright holder and/or agent for the copyright holder may license or re-license these images. You may not license, re-license, sell, or permit others to use images licensed from Globalpicts.com or its affiliates, for design, advertising, journalistic purposes, etc.. Your distribution of the image(s) must be as an end product. You may purchase a license on behalf of a client while designing an advertisement for them but you may not then use that image for other clients.
You are responsible for the end-use and any legal and/or any financial liability that may arise from such use. You are responsible for seeking legal counsel for your use of the image(s). You accept responsibility for all liablilties stemming from your use of the image(s). You may not use any image found on this site for any illegal or fraudulent purpose or to promote pornographic and/or obscene material.
Images that are used for websites can be used on one domain only (ie; www.yourdomainname.com). They can be used on as many web pages within that domain as you desire and can be altered if necessary, but they cannot be included in any composite that is resold.
You are granted a licence for a ONE TIME USE -
This means that you can use the image for one type of publication. If you use
the image in a brochure, you do not have the right to then create a new product
such as a magazine ad which uses the same image.
